The Birth of AI Research Anniversary

The Dartmouth Summer Research Project on Artificial Intelligence in 1956 was a seminal event for the field of artificial intelligence. It marked the birth of AI research. To celebrate its anniversary, researchers and scholars gathered again at Dartmouth for AI@50, assessing past accomplishments and seeding ideas for future research.
