BoodleBox is a collaborative AI platform that brings leading AI models together in one secure, privacy-first ecosystem. Users can experiment, develop tailored solutions, and gain hands-on experience with multiple AI models. The platform empowers users to learn, create, and amplify their impact alongside AI—helping them build skills and drive impact from classroom to career and beyond.
Yes! You can access step-by-step guides and all tutorial related materials in our resource center.
BoodleBox is built to support collaboration from start to finish. Users can work together in shared spaces that include Group Chats for real-time discussion and idea sharing, and shared folders to organize project materials.
BoodleBox allows users to upload documents—such as PDFs, text files, spreadsheets, and images—into their workspace. Uploaded materials are automatically added to a personal Knowledge Bank, where they can be organized and revisited over time. Users can then integrate these materials into their work, including chats and custom bots, without needing to re-upload content.

BoodleBox employs industry-leading security practices to keep customer data safe. When using third-party AI models, prompts are anonymized to protect user privacy. BoodleBox does not train AI models, so your data will never be used by BoodleBox to train an AI model. If you use a BoodleBox controlled model (such as LLAMA3), then your data never leaves the control of BoodleBox. If you use a third-party model (such as one by OpenAI or Anthropic), then your prompts are provided to the third-party API, but anonymized so they cannot be connected to you as an individual.
BoodleBox collects name and email information, platform usage statistics, as well as voluntary information shared via surveys.
Yes. You may do so by emailing success@boodle.ai.
Professors can use BoodleBox to prepare for class by quickly rewriting existing lesson plans, adjusting course syllabi, and creating new assignments that incorporate GenAI. They can teach and learn responsible AI in the classroom by sharing AI processes for improved outcomes and collaborating with professors and classmates for enhanced AI learning. BoodleBox also provides tools for grading and assessing assignments: professors can streamline assessment evaluation by applying rubrics using AI, and accurately assess student final products, student-AI chats, group projects incorporating AI, and the process of using AI vs. the product of using AI.
Links to BoodleBox chats, bots, and folders can be shared in any LMS or via email or text.
You may monitor and assess students' progress and group participation through several mechanisms. Classroom: instructors can create AI-integrated assignments with clear boundaries and learning objectives, giving visibility into student engagement and progress. Folders: instructors can view student activity within shared folders, including total chats, prompts, messages, and bots. Chats: you may review each student's individual and group chats within the folder to assess their AI use. Adding Folders & Chats to Knowledge: you may add any folder or chat to your knowledge bank and request any AI bot to identify learning gaps, participation gaps, and assess how students are meeting your learning objectives.
BoodleBox provides a single, secure interface to multiple premium AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLAMA, Perplexity), eliminating the complexity of managing multiple vendor relationships, security protocols, and access controls across departments. This streamlined approach enables your institution to scale AI literacy efficiently across students, faculty, and staff without the fragmentation and security vulnerabilities that arise from individual subscriptions to various AI platforms. With flexible pricing models including monthly active user rates and unlimited site licenses based on FTE, BoodleBox offers predictable cost management while supporting equitable access institution-wide.
BoodleBox provides a comprehensive admin dashboard where you can manage user access to specific AI models and send user invites. We're currently building out a full administrative structure that will include colleges, courses, assignments, and team usage metrics — all accessible through the admin panel. BoodleBox uses Google Analytics for page view information, but we do not share usage data or user information with Google Analytics or other third parties.
BoodleBox is currently web-based.
To use BoodleBox, you will need a compatible device with internet access. You are responsible for acquiring and updating the device, software, operating system, carrier, and network access necessary to properly access and use BoodleBox. We do not guarantee that BoodleBox will function on any particular device, software, or network.
BoodleBox employs industry-leading security practices like encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audits, and SOC 2 compliance. When using third-party AI models, prompts are anonymized so they cannot be connected to individuals. The organization undergoes independent third-party assessments and annual penetration tests. Employees undergo security awareness training, sign confidentiality agreements, and are subject to background checks. Services are hosted with AWS in the United States, with all databases encrypted at rest and applications encrypting in transit with TLS/SSL only. Additionally: vulnerability scanning and active threat monitoring are performed; cloud services are actively monitored and logged; backup services reduce data loss risk; a process for handling information security events is in place; access to cloud infrastructure is limited to authorized employees; the principle of least privilege is followed; quarterly access reviews are performed; minimum password requirements and complexity are enforced; annual risk assessments are conducted; and vendor risk is assessed before authorizing new vendors.
