LSU students showcased their Artificial Intelligence solutions for real-world problems in healthcare, agriculture, and academia. Four teams of students from an Artificial Intelligence class presented applications they developed this semester. These solutions include: Cancer Staging AI: Stages tumors based on pathology reports and provides plain-language summaries for patients. Congestive Heart Failure Patient Education AI: Personalized patient education after hospital procedures. FarmSmart AI: Provides personalized herbicide-management plans for Louisiana farmers based on field weeds. Research Assistant AI: Assists scientists and grant-writers by answering questions related to grant programs.Link to Source
