Integrate your Knowledge
Overview
Adding your knowledge to a chat is a powerful way to get personalized responses from bots. Your knowledge turns generic bots into personal assistants.
Key Things to Know about Knowledge
- The Knowledge Bank allows you to securely upload and store files that can be attached to chats. Supported formats include text-based files (PDFs, word docs, etc.)
- You can find, filter, rename, and delete knowledge files in your Knowledge Bank. This allows you to organize relevant information and keep your knowledge organized.
- Knowledge files are securely stored by BoodleBox – no third parties have access without explicit authorization. BoodleBox controls the encryption keys.

Tip
Start by creating a “MY PREFERENCES” file (like this one) and upload it to your Knowledge Bank. Then add it to all your chats to get personalized results. You can choose what information to put/not put in your preferences and you can have multiple sets MY PREFERENCE files (for example, one for work and one for personal).
