About BoodleBox

BoodleBox is the collaborative AI workspace for teaching, learning, and work — providing more than 120,000 educators, students, and professionals across 1,300+ schools and enterprises with private, secure, and affordable access to every major AI model. From classrooms to companies, BoodleBox enables teams to build collaborative intelligence.

We built BoodleBox from day one for human–AI collaboration — the layer that wraps human judgment around AI rather than replacing it. That foundation, proven in education, is now powering expansion into the workplaces education prepares people for: 130+ workteams already rely on BoodleBox beyond higher ed, from law firms to financial services to the military. This role helps lead that expansion into the trial bar — the legal vertical we're building from the ground up.

Our north star: keeping intelligence human. Learn more at boodlebox.ai.

The Role

You're the person a legal team trusts in the room when they're not sure the platform can do what they need — and then you show them it can. BoodleBox is expanding beyond our core EdTech base into a brand-new corporate and legal product line, and you're the first dedicated technical solutions hire for that expansion.

You'll jump onto sales calls and solve a client's problem live, on the spot, in front of them. You'll fly out to client sites — about 1-2 weeks a month — and get corporate and legal teams fully implemented on BoodleBox, configuring Zoom integrations and custom setups as you go. When the platform doesn't have an obvious answer for what a legal team needs, you'll build one. And you'll be the signal that tells our product team what this new vertical actually needs next.

Nobody's handing you a playbook here. This role exists because we're building the playbook. This role is fully remote, with a company hub in Colorado Springs, CO.

What You'll Own

  • Live technical solutioning. You turn a client's workflow into a working demo in real time, on the call, not after it.
  • Onsite implementations. You travel 1-2 weeks a month to get new corporate and legal clients live on BoodleBox, hands-on.
  • Zoom & integration builds. You configure Zoom and related tools so implementations actually work from day one.
  • Custom demo environments. You build the demo that makes a skeptical legal team say "wait, show me that again."
  • Creative platform solutioning. When there's no obvious answer in the platform, you build one anyway.
  • The feedback loop to product. You're the signal that tells product what corporate and legal clients actually need next.
  • Sales & support firefighting. You jump on calls when something technical needs solving live, no ticket queue required.

Who You Are

  • You think on your feet. Someone throws a curveball question mid-demo and you don't reach for a script — you solve it in front of them.
  • You're comfortable configuring and demoing a platform for real clients, whatever path got you there — a technical background matters more than a specific title or years count.
  • You're genuinely fine with travel. 1-2 weeks a month, sometimes on short notice, doesn't rattle you — you like being in the room.
  • You make calls without waiting for permission. Onsite, alone, in front of a client, you decide and move.
  • Legal or corporate experience is a big plus. Paralegal background, compliance work, legal ops, or just real fluency in how legal teams operate — this genuinely moves you to the top of the pile.
  • You use AI like it's part of your job, not a buzzword. You've built a workflow with it, not just typed into a chatbot.
  • You'd rather build the answer than wait for someone to hand you one.

We're Not Checking Boxes. We're Looking for the Real Thing.

Didn't come up through a traditional path? Good. Tell us about it.

No big-company logo on your resume? We've hired people who outperformed everyone who did.

Career gap? Weird pivot? Started somewhere completely left field? Bring it. The people who got here the strange way usually have the best instincts.

What we actually want to see: someone who can walk into a room of skeptical legal or corporate stakeholders and make the platform make sense on the spot, without a script. If that's you, the path you took to get here is just a good story.

Who Thrives Here

BBX is a small team building something genuinely new, fast. We don't have layers of process protecting how things have always been done — because for this vertical, nothing has "always been done" yet. If you like clear playbooks and established territory, this isn't it.

The people who do best here are curious builders who get energized by ambiguity, not stressed by it. You'll be figuring out the corporate and legal playbook in real time, alongside a small, mission-driven team that expects you to bring judgment, not just execution.

What We Offer

  • Real career growth. Inside a high-growth, mission-driven company.

How to Apply

Don't just send a resume. Send an email to careers@boodle.ai with a subject line that already tells us something about you.

Include:

  • Your LinkedIn profile.
  • Tell us why you're the wrong hire. Career gap, weird pivot, missing credential, whatever it is. Then tell us why we should do it anyway. The best person for this role probably doesn't look like it yet.
  • A link, screenshot, or description of something you've built on the side. A bot, a workflow, a system, a side project, a thing you made at 2am because you couldn't stop. Bonus points if you built it with AI.

We hire humans first.

BoodleBox is built on the belief that AI works best when the people behind it reflect the full range of human experience. This means different backgrounds, perspectives, lived experiences, and yes, unconventional career paths. We're an equal opportunity employer, full stop — no discrimination based on race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Need an accommodation during the application or interview process? Reach out — we'll make it work.
