BoodleBox Doesn’t Recognize My Paid Account

Personal Paid Account

If you previously purchased a BoodleBox subscription but you only have access to BoodleBox Free, you might have unintentionally created two BoodleBox accounts (one free and one paid) and logged in to your free account. 

To access advanced features, please identify which of your email addresses is associated with your paid account, log out of your free account, and log in to the paid one. 

  • Log out by clicking your profile avatar in the top right corner and selecting “Sign Out” from the dropdown menu.
  • Identify which email is associated with a paid account by searching your email accounts for a subscription confirmation email from BoodleBox.
  • Return to the BoodleBox login page and sign in.

Team Paid Account

If you have a paid subscription through a team, ensure that the correct team is selected in your top navigation bar. Paid features will not be accessible in your personal account unless you have a separate subscription.

If you ever see a blue bar above the chat bar [shown below] after joining a team, you will need to switch back to your team.

You can switch back to your team by using the team dropdown menu [shown below] at the top left of the BoodleBox interface to select your team.
