Start Group Chats with Anyone

Overview

GroupChats are a powerful feature of BoodleBox. GroupChats enable multiple people, multiple sources of knowledge, and multiple GenAI bots to work together in a single conversation.

Key Things to Know about Group Chat

  • Anyone with the group chat link can join the conversation.

  • Group chats allow multiple users and AI assistants to collaborate within a single conversation.

  • Use “/” to direct messages to people instead of bots – If you want your message to go to the other users rather than prompt an AI assistant, start it with “/”.

  • You can integrate knowledge into the chat – Users can attach documents to the group chat for the AI assistants to reference. This allows for more personalized and contextual responses.
